Music & Orchestra

Music has been a tradition at St. Edward School for over 100 years.  St. Edward’s Music Program has been recognized by the Archdiocese of Chicago as one of the best music programs for elementary students in Chicago.  Many of our students go on to continue their music studies in high school, college and beyond.

The music program includes six music teachers that provide group or private lessons throughout the school day.   Private lessons are $15/30 minutes, group lessons are $7.50/30 minutes and instrument rental is $15/month.  Grades 3rd-8th are eligible for instrumental lessons.
