Lunchroom Fee – pay online

Dear Parents,
Lunchtime supervision is provided for children who stay for lunch. The lunch schedule is as follows.

Grades Full Day Preschool, K-FD and 1,2,3 /11:10 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. 

Grades 4, 5/11:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Grades 6, 7, 8/12:00 p.m. to 12:20 p.m.

If you have a child(ren) registered for full day school we will expect your child to eat lunch at school daily. A written note, signed by a parent, requesting permission to leave the school grounds is sent to school.

Lunchroom Fee is due by October 1, 2017 – 1st Child -$110.00, each additional child $25.00.

Make checks payable to St. Edward School. Also there is a link on the school website to pay via give central @,13639,13638.

As concerned parents, you can appreciate the need for proper supervision during this fast paced time of the school day. We have established rules for the lunchroom behavior (in school handbook and posted in the lunchroom) and expect those to be followed. If there are infractions, a discipline notice will be sent home to the parents. The notice is to be signed and returned to school the next day.

Our primary goal is to provide supervision with dedicated adults who enjoy working with children and who can provide the dependability and continuity necessary. This type of lunchroom program proves to be more successful if we have personnel who can be here on a regular schedule. In order to continue this service, we need your help. On Wednesday August 23, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. a meeting of the lunchroom moderators will be held in the gym clubroom. Thank you.

*Note that grades PreK, K, 1, eat in their rooms from 11:10am to 11:40am. All other grades eat in the basement of the main school building. If you are moderating in the main school we ask that you try to commit from 11:10am thru 12:40pm.

Also at this meeting, Mrs. Kate Kinne will be giving a demonstration on allergy(food) safety and use for epi pens.

Lunchroom moderators are paid twice a year (December and June), more information available at the meeting.
